Synopsis: - Sarah Charles of S.T.A.R. Labs is called in to help Roxy Leech's condition, but before she can do anything, Roxy bursts out of her containment cell and causes havoc with a number of flame-based powers. Summoned by Dr Charles, the Titans arrive on the scene, but Superboy does not want their help as he thinks they'll hurt Roxy.
